Hey Guys,
You will need a Painless Wire Harness (if drive by wire)
You will also need Part #
GM # 12578953 TAC Control Module
GM# 12565643 Drive By Wire Pedal Assembly to connect to TAC Box.
Just waiting for the arrival of our Painless Harness so we can start to retro fit into the malibu. Should be interesting to work it all out.
Can't wait to hear this car start up and rumble with open headers.

I have to say the hardest thing will be making the home for the fuse block, ecu, and drive by wire box, wiring the unit was so easy, everything bolted and clipped right in, only 10 wires to hook up to your existing car harness.
Great kit.
Thanks Painless

One of the current issues that we just resolved was the car kept going into a limp mode. Finally got a laptop on the car and sure enough the TCC Error Lock Up circuit. Come to find out we had the 2 wires twisted together causing the Converter to lock immediately and stay locked up until at a dead stop.
I have an older brake switch design and after looking over the instructions i needed to add a 5 pole 30 amp relay, of course at 9:30 at night, so we stole a 4 pole 30 amp relay and tried it but its locking up when appling the brake and not when driving -- so must be a different circuit set-up in the 4 vs 5 pole relay. We will get a 5 pole today and hopefully have full lock-up function and be resolved.
Does anyone have any issues with Laptop showing diffrent gears than what your actually in at the time. Mine shows im always in 1st gear til we get to 3rd and 4th but can't get it to show park, neutral, 1st or 2nd.
Thanks
Ralph
