im new to this LSX set up. i want more mpg and more hp 500+. i have read that it is possible lq4 wit l92's heads mid cam. and help will be good. t56 or t5

With 500+ HP. you better go with a T56.. the T5 well break, unless your talking a new Tremec TKO 500 or 600 trans.

The key to makign good HP with these Gen III/IV engine is all in the Head/Cam selections.. just make sure you have right CAM and not go overboard.
