Are there any real cons to running an external pump like am aeromotive a-1000

Sme or many have reported excessive noise, vibration and short servcies Life.. those are the most complaints... But I think many of those complaints are due to the installation of the pump.

But it is a good pump and many are using it. Using a Bypass regulator is a good item to help service life (return line to the tank). Good mounting location and mounts (rubber?).
