Hey, thought I would skip the intro section and jump in here, I am gathering parts for my 6.0 conversion on my 64 Vette. Below is a couple pics. Look to hear from me more with questions as I get elbow deep.

quick run down on the project:
6.0 Iron Block from a 2002 Silverado rebuilt by RevXtreme in Florida
LS6 Intake
Accel injectors
Lost cam card (slightly hotter than C6 Vette
Flat top pistons
(like a dumba$$, I did not have the pan changed from the truck, I will do it)
4L60 Transmission with mild stall converter
Rear gear 3.70

I am planning on running a Inline Walbro 255 pump, with the sidepipes, I don't see noise from the pump being a problem. Anybody have any suggestions for the new guy?

Is this a BBC or SBC car ? if BBC only a bit of re-routing with the Gen III/IV flange will work out well. If they are SBC then reroute the 3,4,5,6 pipe ?

How about coil relocation to back side of the heads.. clean up the valve covers. and hide the plug wires under the headers.

Small block car, More work on the exhaust flanges.

Contemplating refitting the corvette coil covers first, I have a aftermarket fuel rail ordered that has not shown yet, will see where that leads me.

To prevent fuel slosh in the tank, I was looking into the fuel stick. Individual (foam) sticks that are put into the fuel tank. Has anybody tried these?

I have saved your fuel line set up since I will also be doing a 99-04 fuel filter/regulator.

Radiator- unfortunatley, it does not have the width that many cars have, checking into a couple radiators, but debating using a single fan (black magic 3000 cfm versus dual fans, my thought is since the radiator is much closer to a square shape versus rectangular, the large single will cover more core area, am I correct in this thought process?

Radiator, Yes, Many have had great results with a single Ford Taurus Fan (two speeds), so your thiinking of the Black Magic fan should work well and get good coverage. If you can build a shroud, that would also help cooling.

No reason the foam wouldn't work.. as many racing fuel cell are packed with foam also.
