Engine Mount Angle?

Going to make a couple of stands to put some Gen III motors I have and I was wondering if anyone knows what the vertical angle of the engine mounts are?

you need a 2-5 Degree Pinion angle and you would measure it as it leaves the tail shaft of the transmission
