As long as you can get all of the connections needed for all of the sensor and devices. Would or might take someone with good tuning to know what is needed to be changed in the PCM for different ECM, Wiring harness, and different sensors (and different reluctor wheels in the crank. 24 vs 58).

But in general.. a Gen III is a Gen III engine.
