5.3 stock manifolds in g-body swap?????

Will my stock 5.3 manifolds work on my 86 cutlass swap ???

are you talking about the intake or exhause..

Intake. if you mount the engine low, yes, but just..

Exhaust.. might.. but generally the Truck Exhaust manifold are exit port is very rearward and might get close to the Firewall and frame.. they also are wider as compared to the F-Body.. F-Body are your best bet.
