Welcome to the site. One bit of info to post pics in the thread you can use www.Photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com/) and link them with the IMG line under the photo. Its free and shows off the photos better. We have big plans for this Monte and hope to do the full install and get this car up to around 500HP with 80s muscle.

Bradshaw we are going to clean up the car tonight prep it for the LS1/4L60 combo and start building some of the initial kits. I’ll keep you posted on the build and will start a build thread once I get some pictures in. I got you voice mail about your brothers Jeep. Bart has his personal LC9 5.3L with 17K miles that is not a DOD motor so it will not need lifters for 1500. http://www.novak-adapt.com/ makes the adapter parts to do the jeep installs and we can have the jeep limo install started when you come to pick up the Aerocoupe.

Bradshaw,
My name is Matt
I seen some traffic on the MCSS board and then jumped to this new site... got to thinking about it, and I think I met you at my Bro-in-law/sister's house in Liberty (not sure- I am absent minded)... BUT anyway.. this build looks very KICK @$$!!! I was wondering about the 6.2L swap - very curious to see how that works out with the VVT... I really don't know anything about the vvt stuff... Would love to see how this turns out please post a lot of pictures!!!
Best of Luck

Matt,
Yes I met you at J and E's house in Liberty. It will actually be a 6.0 Ly6 build not a 6.2. I had a typo. It should be a nice build. I thried to get J to swap me your rear out the the Buick, but he said you might notice. :)

yeah, I thought I knew you... cool...
Thats funny J probably said I -WOULDNT- notice... and then probably said no big deal if I did... cause he would probably enjoy hanging me by my feet again anyway...
I really dont know what I want to do with that complete Buick yet... I am thinking about selling the whole deal as a package with that painted body/frame... but I am also hesitant to sell right now just because I haven't started to put my 82 back together yet... either way.. not in a big hurry..
J probably told ya that I am doing an LS swap too then... I have a LS1 but I would rather go with a iron 6.0 lq4/lq9 out of a truck... I really like the benefits of them over the LS1... either way I end up going it will still be fun..
looking forward to seeing your car complete! best of luck

When Shawn and the guys get done with my car there will be a new bolt in kit avaiable. That will make the change easier. If you sell part out the other one let me have fist dibs on the rear.
